Juice Shots

Our natural cold pressed juice is extracted from fresh fruits and raw vegetables through a hydraulic press. We use this method as it helps retain more vitamins and minerals in your juice, resulting in a healthier you!

It’s important to consume a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. The benefits may include increased energy levels, decreased cravings, and bloating, as well as a boosted immune and digestive system. SuperPrep juice shots are an easy and convenient way to boost your daily intake and incorporate into your daily routine.

The ingredients in each juice have been carefully selected to help you consume a variety of fruits and vegetables which may have possible long term health benefits. For example, research has suggested beetroot can decrease high blood pressure (1, 2, 3, 4). Turmeric has been proven to relieve pain in conditions such as arthritis, bursitis, and back pain (5, 6, 7, 8). Ginger has been evaluated as a treatment for various conditions from morning sickness (9), treating the common cold (10), to having beneficial effects on heart disease, hypertension, obesity, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and bacterial infections (11). Incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet could therefore prevent disease and reduce the risk of serious health problems in the future.

We offer 4 different combinations of 80ml juice shots. They do not contain added sugar, sweeteners, water or preservatives.
